"The site just feels really outdated"
I don’t know, the whole website just gives off a really old and messy vibe. The colors feel kind of off, and some parts look like they were just put together without much thought. It’s hard to explain exactly, but the design gave me a bad feeling right away and I didn’t really want to stick around on the site...

"Comfort was disappointing"
I ordered a hat from Rusty Lids i feel kind of stupid for trusting it would be better than it was. The hat looks fine, so I’ll give them that, but the comfort is just okay. It fits decently at first, but after a few hours it starts feeling tight around my head and gets annoying. Shipping was normal and nothing major went wrong, but overall it just feels average and not really worth getting my hopes up over.

"Wrong items, and honestly not even close"
I ordered a couple of lids from Rusty Lids, and, uh, what showed up really wasn’t what I picked. The sizes were off, and one of the colors was completely different from what was shown in the listing.
I went back and checked my order email because I thought maybe I messed something up, but nope, the order was correct. It’s frustrating since now I have to deal with returns for items I didn’t even order. I’m not sure I’d trust them to get things right again.

"Shipping was average"
I ordered from rustylids.com, and from what I remember, the shipping took a little longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything, and the package did arrive in good shape, but it didn’t stand out as especially quick. Looking back, I’d say it was just okay overall. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry

"Customer service just didn’t respond"
I reached out to rustylids.com more than once about my order, i got nothing back. Like nothing, nothing. No update, no clear answer, not even a quick message saying they were looking into it.

It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and then feel like you’re just being ignored. I get that replies aren’t always instant, but waiting days and days with no response really isn’t okay. I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Box showed up completely crushed"
The box arrived badly smashed, like it had been tossed around or... I don't know. The packaging was ripped in a few spots and all bent up, so not exactly a great first impression.

I got my order from rustylids.com the quality seems good. It feels solid and looks just like the pictures, so no complaints there. Mine did have one small mark on it, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me. Shipping was smooth too. I’d probably give it 4 stars because it’s really nice, just not completely perfect. I’m curious if other people had the same thing or if mine was just a one-off

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I don’t think this was worth the money at all. For the price, I expected something a lot better, but it felt underwhelming. On top of that, it looked like it had been handled carelessly, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

"Fit was a bit tighter than expected"
So... the hat looks nice and pretty much like I expected, but the sizing was a little off for me. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so I’m not totally sure what happened. It’s still wearable, but it feels tighter than I’d like and isn’t the most comfortable if I’m wearing it for a long time

"Returning it was more trouble than I expected"
I probably should’ve started the return sooner, but the whole process was kind of a hassle. The refund took longer than I expected, and support was a bit slow getting back to me. Maybe I just caught them at a busy time, but it was still frustrating.

"Maybe it’s just me, but Rustylids.com felt..."
Maybe it’s just me, but Rustylids.com felt a little clunky to use. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and the layout seemed a bit messy in places. I did end up finding what I needed, so it works, but the whole experience could be a bit easier.
